<p><strong>SACRAMENTO, Calif. —</strong> The Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office has filed its first-ever felony criminal charges against a company for wage theft.</p><p>The charges stem from an investigation by the District Attorney’s newly formed “Workers Protection Unit.”</p><p>Supporters from the NorCal Carpenters Union and the Sacramento Sierra Building and Construction Trades gathered Wednesday at the Sacramento International Airport.</p>
